She was super knowledgeable and gave us tips about certain resorts that she had worked with, the best times to book, etc. To this day, without a doubt, she was the best part of our entire planning process. She was organized and communicated with my husband and I so well. Calmed our nerves and was always so helpful. But not only that, she was so great with our guests and made it very easy to book! That took SO much of our stress away. We loved how she made a website for us and sent email reminders out to our crew so we didn’t have to! I truly have nothing negative to say.
