What is included in the Hard Rock All-inclusive Destination Wedding Promotion?

Complimentary Private Functions:

  • Book 10-19 rooms or 30-59 room nights. Receive a complimentary 2 Hour Dinner Reception.

  • Book 20-29 rooms or 60-89 room nights. Receive a complimentary 4 Hour Dinner Reception.

  • Book 30-49 rooms or 90-149 room nights. Receive a complimentary 3 Hour Dinner Reception and separate 3 hour event.

  • Book 50-89 rooms or 150-269 room nights. Receive a complimentary 4 Hour Dinner Reception and separate 4 hour event.

  • Book 90+ rooms or 270+ room nights. Receive a complimentary 5 Hour Dinner Reception and separate 5 hour event.

  • Standard Setup included

  • Food and Beverage included

  • If having two comped events, they must be on separate nights.

Complimentary Rooms:

  • During high/mid-season earn 1 room free for every 15 paid rooms.

  • During low season earn 1 room free for every 10 rooms (Vallarta & Riviera Maya) or 1 room free for every 12 rooms (Cancun, Los Cabos & Punta Cana).

How are the “complimentary rooms” awarded?

  • *Complimentary room nights are awarded as a cash credit for the value of room nights earned. The wedding couple will receive the cash value of the number of room nights earned based on how many rooms end up booking in their group. The money is put directly on the wedding couple’s credit card as cash and can be used for anything you like! We often see wedding couple’s earn thousands of dollars in comped room nights, oftentimes covering the cost of their own room and/or a portion of their wedding expenses.

  • Room nights are calculated about one month pre/post-travel once the group has finalized their reservations entirely.

  • Blackout dates may apply.

  • The couple will receive one (1) complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category when booking 25 rooms or 75 + room nights.**Contact us for terms.
